There have been many inquiries about the current situation regarding the processing congestion since yesterday, and with the current amount of cancel inquiries received, we have decided to prioritize the cancelation process and refrain from replying to all inquiries due to our current support team’s capacity. We are committed to examining all inquires sent to the support team, as well as reviewing all of the current processes that are stuck due to the congestion. After careful review, we will be canceling the processes one by one. We will make a general announcement once we have completed all of the transaction cancellations on our website, and we would very much appreciate it if you could accept the announced news as a response to the various cancellation inquiries. Returning NFTs that had failed to import 2/20/2023 Returning NFTs that had failed to import We have identified that some players have failed to receive their NFTs in-game even though the system claims that the import transfer has been completed. This is largely due to the fact that the processing had paused in the midst of importing the NFTs. We have proceeded to cancel all NFT imports that had been stuck at this time. With the above cases, the NFTs will be temporarily unavailable from both the wallet and within the game. If this is the case for you, the admin team will return the NFTs to your wallet. The NFTs that are subject to this procedure are stored in the admin’s data, and will conduct the return operation one by one. All NFTs will return to their owners by the end of the day, so we ask for your to wait until the process is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the various import / export issues.

Dear Knights, In recent weeks, we have been experiencing several BOTs and users playing with multiple accounts within the game. As a result, there have been instances where normal users could not log in to the game because of these play violations. The admin team have been working hard to ban these player accounts, but we have monitored that there had been spikes in new account registrations right after we banned these accounts. The new account registration has prevented some players from being able to log in. We consider this behaviour unacceptable, and as a temporary measure, we have decided to suspend new account registrations. The date for when we will lift the suspension for registering new accounts will be determined after considering the countermeasures we plan on taking against BOTs and other illegal activities. Until then, we apologize to all future players interested in playing Gensoat this time but ask for your patience until we resolve the matter. As for players who have already registered and have an account on GensoKishi Online, please be assured that you will be able to play on your account just like you have been able to as before. We will work to improve the situation as soon as possible, as the inability to create new accounts will prevent future interested users from joining our community. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As ever, thank you for your continued support!
