Dear Knights,
In recent weeks, we have been experiencing several BOTs and users playing with multiple accounts within the game. As a result, there have been instances where normal users could not log in to the game because of these play violations.
The admin team have been working hard to ban these player accounts, but we have monitored that there had been spikes in new account registrations right after we banned these accounts.
The new account registration has prevented some players from being able to log in.
We consider this behaviour unacceptable, and as a temporary measure, we have decided to suspend new account registrations.
The date for when we will lift the suspension for registering new accounts will be determined after considering the countermeasures we plan on taking against BOTs and other illegal activities. Until then, we apologize to all future players interested in playing Gensoat this time but ask for your patience until we resolve the matter.
As for players who have already registered and have an account on GensoKishi Online, please be assured that you will be able to play on your account just like you have been able to as before.
We will work to improve the situation as soon as possible, as the inability to create new accounts will prevent future interested users from joining our community.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
