If you are experiencing issues getting onto the Genso servers, please try the following steps:
1. Changing to another region could be a solution.
2. In the case all regions are crowded, you may not be able to log in.
If this happens, do not make frequent attempts to get back online to avoid getting timed out.
We will monitor the situation and share further updates where possible.
