On January 2, 2023, after the GENSO Marketplace Gacha release, our system experienced problems with NFTs withdrawals to players' inventories.
We'd like to confirm this was caused by a communication delay on the Polygon network.
Errors and delays may include:
- Gacha (mystery) box transactions processing slowly.
- The lottery reward appears as the same item each time (even though the item is different)
- Delay in being able to claim NFTs to My Inventory after a Gacha.
- Delay to display NFT offered by someone else in My Inventory
- Delay in the display of a recently listed NFT on the market. (During this time, the NFT you are trying to list may not even appear in My Inventory.)
- When an NFT is withdrawn from the market, it may take several hours until the item disappears on Genso market. (During this time, the withdrawn NFT may not even appear in My Inventory.)
Please remember that the above problems may occur due to network delays when using the GENSO Marketplace.
