Due to a server issue, we have temporarily suspended the export of FTs for urgent maintenance. We are currently working on to resolve the issue, and ask for your patience until the service is restored.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the FT export problem. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please note that the maintenance is only for exporting FTs, and importing FTs as well as importing/exporting NFTs are still available.
We will inform you when the maintenance is completed and the issue is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Hey everyone,
In order provide a fair and safe gaming environment for all our users, we have introduced a new policy to prevent using automated software (bots) and significantly illegal ROND withdrawals.
This is the only way for us to maintain a healthy in-game economy. We sincerely hope that our players understand that we are implementing these measures to benefit our real players and improve our services' quality.
More specifically, as described in our maintenance post from 18 May, we have set up a rank table that will specify which rank player will need KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
Please note: *All MV imports made until now will be accounted for.
Players do not need to "hold" those MV tokens. Players are permitted to use it at will. There only needs to be a record of the amount imported into the account.*
Under the new rule, players who have yet to import $1000 worth of MV or more will be required to complete KYC to export ROND. Please be assured that our KYC will be implemented ONLY to prevent bots and fraudulent withdrawals and will not be used for any other purpose.
Currently, we are working on our KYC system. Until our new KYC is fully implemented, ROND exports will be limited to accounts with imported MVs of $1000 or more.
This temporary measure prevents fraudulent withdrawals and maintains a fair gaming environment.
The maximum withdrawal amount and other conditions will be announced promptly after officially finalising the rank table.
