Solution: Please purchase MATIC. Reason 2: Error on Metamask's smartphone app. Solution A: Install the Brave browser app and move NFT / FT assets to the Brave wallet instead. See reference below Solution B: Login via the PC version and proceed to import with the Metamask app extension.
